The Glimmer Agency was founded by Amelia Gartner in 2020 as she saw a need in the industry for startups and established businesses within the beauty industry to help begin or improve their operations.

Previously, Amelia has worked for large business operations such as The Merivale Group, GDS International and Australia's largest Data-driven marketing association, ADMA.

Amelia created her first beauty business in 2014 and, 3 years later, successfully sold it to pursue other ventures. Since then, she has been the CEO of some of Australia's most successful skincare businesses. In 2020, she opened The Glimmer Agency to help other Beauty entrepreneurs kickstart and streamline their businesses within a competitive industry.
